At this price point, we expected a much higher standard of service and comfort. Unfortunately, the room felt quite outdated, with visible scratches on the walls and bed, and the windows were not soundproof — we could hear noise from outside throughout the night, which made it difficult to rest. - parking before the Hotel - very soft carpet in the room - clean rooms - shower/bath in the room - can be a nice gimmick for some guests - overall a good experience, but there is room for improvement
What could be done better - needed improvements: - to set a wished temperature in the shower is really complicated - the thermostatic shower mixer could work better, also a different = more user friendly design could be an improvement. My stay at Vila Class was absolutely exceptional and exceeded all my expectations. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every detail was perfect. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, making my stay truly relaxing.
Quiet area but still close to the newly revamped and vibrant city center. Clean modern comfortable, very good breakfast.
The terrasse restaurant does not have a uniform design. The Restaurant is average - well served but not delicious
Clean room, parking place available in front of the hotel.
The shower has a glass wall and you can see from the room :))) It's a "love it or hate it" type of situation.

Extremely pleasant and helpful reception. The chief lady there planned a complete church view tour incl. car renta for me in record time. Very elegant and tasty rooms. Super beds. Very nice garden lay out incl. good restaurant. Very good breakfast on demand.
I used 2 rooms. Room 1 had eccellent air condition. Room 2 air condirioin was runing low and continously shutting off after 3 hours. Restaurant evening service could go the last mile to excellency to keep track with the overall quality of the hotel.
