Pros (+) Hotel Victoria is very private. They have a guards 24hr a day. It’s very clean and the staff is very nice. The bistro was delicious and delivers to the room. The pool is covered and it’s heated which my kids loved!
Cons (-) My room key was not working properly and the elevator did not work so I walk to my room and walk back downstairs to let the staff know my key was not working. It seemed like a hassle but other than that the Hotel is amazing and beautiful.

Pros (+) A beautiful hotel for a stay in delightful Durango. Our room was so comfortable and spacious. We had a window that opened (something important for me) that looked out to a beautiful garden with flowers and green grass.
