Pros (+) The staff, the room with an oceanfront view and it was clean.
Cons (-) At the breakfast, every things that was supposed to be hot was cold and that, every morning. Also, in the 2 floor the corridor was like a fridge

Cons (-) Breakfasts, every time the same and pretty much mediocre. Coffee is absolutely disgusting, no option to order normal coffee at breakfast, only coffee machine and “filter” Rooms were not very clean, the sea view with dirty windows. Restaurant food

Pros (+) This is a beautiful hotel. Modern, low rise, facing the ocean. The design is superb with floor to ceiling windows in all the rooms and public spaces including the gym and the indoor pool so the big skies and Atlantic so typical of the Azores are everywhere. Pros (+) Great and convenient location in the middle of the island. Very clean and modern. The staff is friendly. It was very quiet in the room, soundproofing is pretty decent comparing to other hotels. The big indoor pool with warm water.
Cons (-) The turkish bath was out of order. Breakfast might be more diverse.
