Pros (+) The huge bathtub , the pool when the sun finally hits it ! The lady who served me overnight oats every day and the dude with blonde hair on reception giving me water
Cons (-) It was sxsw and St Patrick's day always gonna be loud. But the music is loud even on 16th floor. White noise machine and earplugs no probs. But if you want a quite spot it's not for you. But upside is you walk out to Rainey St !!

Pros (+) The staff we spoke with were very helpful, and patient. We especially noted how kind the gentlemen were at the front of the hotel - opening the doors, making sure we weren’t waiting too long for our rides.

Pros (+) Excellent staff. Geraldine's is phenomenal! Best short rib I've ever had.
Cons (-) Pol bartender wasn't as good as I thought he would be. Pool area is beautiful. Our sink in our room had literally zero water pressure. The shower however was great.

The area was perfect and walking distance to several local eateries and night life establishments in the area. Not too far from the airport, probably a 10 min cab or uber/lyft ride.
