Location was ideal; the staff were so kind and friendly; smiled all the time and immediately helpful when needed…the best on our trip!!!
Heard water running down the wall continually from 5 am…large pilgrim group arrived after our first night and they got up early to shower etc

Myself and my wife stayed for 2 nights at this property, the local bus from Foggia stopped about a 3 minute walk up a hill or down a hill to the property whichever way you arrive to the hotel. This hotel is not 4* more 2* I ask for two rooms with balcony and the owner told me a window is a balcony in italian is( Balcone ) is a window not an outdoor balcony Terrazza is an outdoor balcony. The first lift I went into got stuck and don't let me start on the breakfast BAD

This was an absolutely lovely property. It was very easy to get around from this location too. The breakfast was wonderful with many hot dishes including eggs, toast, cakes, muffins, fruit, yogurt, juice, and wonderful coffee. The dining room staff went above and beyond to be helpful. only the location, is an 4 star hotel, but very old not renewed. So at moment this hotel should be 2 stars and no 4 anymore.
They don't have rooms with 3 single beds. Old hotel, small toilet. Everything is old.
