Pros (+) Staff was really amazing and helpful. The location is truly fabulous, amazing stores, restaurants.
Cons (-) The room didn’t have AC because it’s winter and was set up at 24C, a little high for my taste.

Pros (+) Breakfast was excellent. Staff efficient, professional and welcoming.
Cons (-) Some issues with room climate control system: no cool AC if outside temperature is below room temperature. Room to room sound proofing in our suite was not good. Even with double glazing, noisy a few times in the early hours due to street cleaning, and noisy pedestrians on Fri/Sat & Hallowe'en.

Pros (+) The hotel was in a beautiful central area of Madrid with easy access to everything. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful and the room was a good size and very comfortable. I stayed in a hotel at a time when they were doing construction across the street and unfortunately they emptied the dumpster in the middle of the night - clearly not the fault of the hotel. I would recommend wholehearte...
