Not a convenient location. Nothing to do near the hotel. Could not get a reservation at either dinning restaurant, although we tried 48 hours in advance. Taxis were hard to find, nothing close. There was only lunch option by the pool and the food choices were not the best. The tub was hard to get in and out of and the shower made a complete mess on the floor. Pros (+) Beautiful hotel will al comforts for kids and adults! Everything was clean and neat. The staff was very kind and helpful in all our requests. From the hotel you can reach all the attractions and the city in about 20 minutes by car. Beautiful and quite position in the nature!

Pros (+) Surroundings and architecture. Location.
Cons (-) Expensive hat is required for swimming in the pool. Poor English everywhere in hotel. We could not use Sienna swimming pool, due to “safety” reasons. Dirty below the bed. An extra charge for food delivery is required. Bar is not open after 11 pm

Pros (+) The property was beautiful. The rooms were really nice. The staff were great.
Cons (-) The fitness center was a disappointment. Instead of a gym it was a tiny room with one treadmill, one exercise bike, and about two machines. There were no free weights or barbells. It seemed like they had barely enough to check a box and call it fitness center. I was really surprised for a five star hotel.

One thing that ticked me off was the design of the bathroom. Stairs leading up to the bathtub which was super dangerous with children. There was no handle that you could hold onto. They didn’t make it clear to me that everything would be paid for such as sunbeds. Silly rule to wear a hat in the pool. Limited food options mainly Korean food and snack options for dining.
