Pros (+) The Spa facilities were great and everything is really clean. The facilities are connected to the hotel via a tunnel, so no need to go via the outside. The food is good as well.

Pros (+) Really nice modern and stylish hotel in a beautiful nature surrounding. It takes 1,5 hours to get there from Amsterdam, but the hotel truly worth it.
Cons (-) Inspite of a really nice stay in the hotel, we had an awful experience in Spa. There was a Good Night session at 21:30, people were walking in, I was looking for my towel, but then the Sauna worker closed the door right in front of my face. Cons (-) We checked in but our room wasn’t ready when we checked in later we got a handicap room. We were surprised since we aren’t handicap and didn’t book that room. My husband is 6’5 and trying to use the sink etc wasn’t possible because it was so low, so at least we could do that at the spa. Pros (+) The location and facilities were superb!!! So many options to enjoy.
Cons (-) It was packed with people, which made it feel a bit crowded. Sometimes, you needed to wait in line to get into the saunas because of the amount of people there.

Pros (+) The room was very modern and quite large, exceptionally clean bathroom and toilet and an amazing view of the lake (Lake view room), there was a well stocked mini bar (rare in these post Covid times) and a Nespresso coffee machine, and a super comfy king size bed.... what more could you want.
Cons (-) My wife and I only speak English (Australian) and on the Wellness side of the facility there is absolutely no English in any of the signage or menus. Just makes it a little difficult to take advantage of all of the services when you don't know what they are. (You cannot have your phone in the wellness areas, even for translation purposes).
