Pros (+) Location. Easy to get to Tokyo Tower and teamLab Borderless and metro. There is a 7 eleven on site although reception forgot to mention it.
Cons (-) Furniture, carpets and fixtures quite worn. The air in the room was really stale. As if someone had been smoking in it. Windows don’t open. Breakfast disappointing as nothing seemed fresh. Gym needs some weights - there’s room for a rack. Be careful on room choice. The smaller superior queen rooms have the views.

Pros (+) The hotel was super and the staff were extremely helpful. I had a package delivered whilst staying and that was handled smoothly. They also were very gracious with looking after our luggage and making sure we got our airport taxi sorted! No complaints at all.

Pros (+) Lounge on the 14th floor with outdoor space was great to have access to for coffee, tea, snacks and extra space. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially with luggage transfer.

Relatively close to Hamamatsucho station if you are flying from Haneda airport. Also close to Tokyo Tower.
