Really really clean, nice location and hotel. The spa and pools are really lovely. Easy access also with wheelchair to the rooms, restaurant, pools. Amazing dinner buffee Note! I’m really picky
Little bit noice coming from the corridors to the rooms. Heating is a bit too warm for me.
The room was cosy, the amenities were good and clean.
I travel a lot and live with in hotels, almost 250 days during a year. The reception staff didn't properly explain services. Tried to charge for the spa as an extra on the day of the check out when not used on arrival day, because the location was far and impossible to reach earlier. Staff here were just superb, so friendly and caring. Facilities were just Brilliant. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. We adored our stay!!!

Doors were difficult to open Showers flooded Dirty boxer shorts from previous tenants under the bed
Everything was perfect! VERY clean, lovely and helpful staff. A bit out of town which is a big plus, all one sees are the lush green Euganei Hills all around. Outside area is stunningly landscaped and surrounds the outside pools, you have the feeling you are in a private oasis. There is a practice area for golf, small fee to rent clubs. I wanted to take mud treatments but you must see a doctor first and the hotel doctor kept changing the appointments and I didn’t get the magic mud. So perhaps find a doctor outside the hotel.Read more
A hotel with Good location and great pool but it is old and need renovation and it is medical hotel which must be mentioned.

I have stayed in Abano Terme many times, but this was by far my favorite hotel. The staff was super nice, the hotel was really clean, organized and well run, and the pools and spa were beautiful.
The location!! Quiet place, surrounded by smooth hills with a spectacular view. And the beautiful facilities...pools, grotta, etc.

Wonderful location amidst beautiful countryside, fabulous thermal water in the pools, pretty gardens, quiet and civilized.
Beds slightly hard, pillows too shallow, air conditioning a little noisy.
