GREAT location! Staff from front desk to valet were all genuinely friendly. The complimentary water bottles were a huge plus, as well as the breakfast burritos. They weren't great, but nice to get in a quick, free meal to start the day. Bathroom had HUGE counter space: definitely a plus!
CHEAP toilet paper and tissues, like using sand paper. My nose and face got so red and dry from using it. The "Superior Queen with Balcony" room was underwhelming. The balcony is SHARED; never seen that before in my life, it just wraps around the floor and connects to other rooms. So odd and wasn't detailed anywhere. Staff was warm and welcoming. I received an upgrade however I saw a socks under on the floor in the corner when I was looking for my earring which means it was not cleaned entirely. I was so tired to complain about it and the amenities offered made up for it was a plus, so I ignored it. We were extremely pleased with our stay. The hotel was conveniently located and the staff, especially Natalie, were extremely helpful in finding places to eat and pointing us in the right direction. I asked for a corner room away from the elevator and was so pleased they were able to fulfill my request. It was my nephew‘s birthday, and they left a sweet note with a couple of treats. Location was perfect. The burrito breakfast was excellent. When arriving the front desk clerk had upgraded us to a king bed, had a bottle of Prosecco in our refrigerator and accommodated a late check out at 1 o’clock.
Bathroom sink, drained extremely slowly and should be cleaned out.
Loved everything about the property especially the free car service for short local trips. Jeffrey was a great valet and special thanks to him and Natalie.

Originally allocated room was on the back of the hotel which had extractor fan noise. I asked for more rooms in the front, which was immediately offered.
