Cons (-) In short - 25 EUR parking scam We arrived to Bilbao by car, I have called the hotel and asked if they had parking available. The manager said 'yes' and gave me directions. When completing check-in the topic of parking was brought up multiple times - yet at NO point was it mentioned the cost was 25 eur. Pros (+) The location is fabulous, right on the river and in the heart of the old town. Staff were all excellent. The room was comfortable and modern set within the shell of the old building. I had a small balcony. Breakfast was sensational.

Pros (+) the hotel is very well located, beds were very comfortable, and the best part of this hotel was the personnel. we loved it there.
Cons (-) the only problem was the noise from the bars below our windows. but we stayed during the weekend and it might be better during the week days
