Beautiful location, plenty of activities for kids, close to attractions. Great food.

The hotel is fantastic. The restaurant is outstanding. We booked breakfast and dinner and did not regret. The dinner is gourmet with 5-6 courses every night. The atmosphere in the restaurant is classy. The staff is very nice and friendly. They tried the accommodate and help us, as we travelled with our 4 months old son. Excellent, delicious food, great service, beautiful location.
The location of the hotel was excellent and we could get a room with a view of the castle and valley. Staff were uniformly polite and helpful. The garden is an asset and although we didn't find time to visit the wellness area it looked most inviting. Free bus ticket was most welcome and the trip into Meran (really worth a visit) was simple. Would recommend anyone to stay there.

Nicely located Wellness Hotel with perfect view of the castle. Largely what you would expect from a 4-star hotel in Italy.
Very restrictive opening hours of the wellness facilities, e. g. pools close at 7 pm, sauna even earlier. The hotel seems to cater mostly for retired germans and austrians. If this is you, you might like it very much. If you expect something more exciting, maybe you're better off somewhere else...
