We had a pleasant six-night stay at the hotel with our two children. The ski area was conveniently close. The staff was always friendly, and the food was delicious and plentiful. The spa area was excellent for adults, providing a relaxing experience. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
While there was a small selection of toys available, we would have appreciated a more extensive indoor play area for children.
Spacious room, lavish breakfast buffet, after-ski soup and salat, wonderful saunas and spa, friendly staff. I would especially point out amazing dinner meals--I especially liked the salad and cheese buffet.
Everything was excellent. One little detail which I would have changed concerns the pool. The pool temperature was 32 degrees, but since I stayed there in January I personally found this a bit too cold.
Location was great due to ski lifts nearby. Breakfast and dinner was great. Staff was amazing. They even give us a free room upgrade. Saunas were also perfect and not too crowded.
The only thing to mention is that pool wasnt working on days of our stay. But I am sure that it was due some maintaince or anything else and that the staff will do everything to fix the problem as soon as possible.
International breakfast, snack in the afternoon and gourmet dinner. Everyhing was delicious.
Clean and well organized, very helpful staff. I'm vegan and, by communicating this in advance, they were able to satisfy my needs by providing a vegan alternative for every meal.
Being Italian, it was difficult to give up cappuccino in the morning as they didn't have vegetable milk! 😜
Excellent breakfast and beautifully served delicious dinner. Friendly staff, spacious room and good location.
A soft bed and not enough ashtrays on the hotel terrace.
Food in restaurant was great, staff very nice and welcoming! We had a very pleasant stay!
Cozy comfortable hotel located next to one of the two thermal facilities. Pleasant spa inside the hotel, excellent food and very nice and helpful personnel
Helpful and very friendly staff, delicious dinner, pretty good location. The outdoor pool is ok. Enjoyable experience overall.
The rooms may not be on the true 4 star level. Breakfast could be a bit more varied.
