Great amenities like spa pool, hot water pool,close to beach, on-site restaurant, visiting massage service which v good, helpful reception -prompt service
Too many 1-off problems for price like room w water leak in bathroom ceiling so changing rooms middle of the night (Power safety) Restaurant not serve when empty, I asked for drink and possibly desert, unnecessarily rude
Outstanding staff. Also liked the hot tub booking system, kitchenette in room and overall service levels. Conveniently situated.
WiFi could’ve been a little better (could be due to 5th floor room) but didn’t need it too desperately so all ok.
We had and issue with other guests insulting us, the reaction of the staff in charge at that moment was poor I also contacted the manager by email with no response

All fine, rooms are wonderful, quality furniture and extremely comfortable beds, gym, sauna and jacuzzi clean and very organized. Very nice place to be, location is close shops and other touristic points and restaurants. Breaksfast is wonderful with lot of options, restaurant for dinner is delicious. I would really reccomend it and would love to come back again.

Consistently clean, nice staff
Great location, close to the peninsula but on a quiet side street. The hotel is very modern. The room was big and came with a balcony and a microwave, utensils and plates. Most comfortable beds and pillows on our South American trip. Nice rooftop with a gym and outside seating. Breakfast is good. Front desk staff speak English well. Internet was fast and never cut out.
The indoor pool was a bit too warm - and this is from someone who appreciates warm water. But it was tolerable compared to the pool at our hotel in Montevideo, which was like a hot tub. Seems to be a Uruguayan preference.
Wonderful hotel, very friendly staff, breakfast was amazing. Very new, bright and comfortable. Hairdryer was great, better than most hotels. Location was perfect. Definitely recommend and would stay there again.
