Pros (+) The location is good, very close to metro station Daikokucho which is just before one of the most busy stations Namba, so you can always board the train. Also close to one of the famous temples and shopping street. The room was on the smaller side but still ok. The breakfast had a nice selection of food. We could leave the luggage at the receptiom before check in which was very nice.
Cons (-) Sensor movement activated lights in the room are a real downside of the room. Very problematic during the night if you want to go to the bathroom and not wake up the other person in the room.

Just a night stay here and no time to spend much on the facilities such as public bath but the overall was great. Breakfast is a highlight for us. Many choices to try and they had Takoyaki served in their breakfast buffet!!! Recommended for those who stay here to include breakfast in. Location is another highlight as the hotel is just a bit walk to the subway station and one stop to Namba station ...
