Hotel looks nice from the outside.
We were expecting nice stay in 4 star hotel, but it turned out to be the worst experience of our whole trip to Mallorca. Good value for money hotel, clean and comfortable in central location.
We booked the cheapest room type as it was the one with the biggest terrace for our dog. Room was OK, clean and comfortable but a bit on the small side. There was a kettle in the room but there were no coffee sachets or tea bags available. The bathroom was large but had no shower curtain or divider between bathroom and toilet so after a shower the whole bathroom was soaked. Also no hooks or rails ...Read more

It was a stylish, clean room.
Very small room, too small if you stay more than 3 nights. No seating, just the bed, no wardrobe, just some hangers over the kettle. No milk for tea or coffee, just mint tea, fruit tea, only 2 coffee caps for the senseo. Bottle of water was included but no glasses in the room. Used the tea mugs one day but never got clean ones. Towels were forgotten on the 2nd day.

The guy at the reception was not the most friendly person didn't smile. The TV was only in German. 2 coffee capsules was not enough and no option for a tea in the room.
