Pros (+) The rooms wall are not soundproof at all. You can hear people coughing, talking and everything from the next room. It was hard to fall asleep with all that noise.

Cons (-) The room which I booked has dirt stains on carpets and blankets, and bathroom drainage was totally blocked. Hotel staff moved me to the other room, but it has the same dirty carpet and blanket. There was no handwash in the toilet, no tissue paper in the room, no mini fridge, no tag for 'Donot disturb.' Pros (+) This is more of a business type of hotel - very clean, modern and spanking new. It is clearly an upmarket venue and is a haven from the main street which is some distance away, therefore immune to traffic noise.
Cons (-) The hotel is located near a forested area, but we were unable to navigate our way there to enjoy a peaceful walk. Apart from that, there is nothing to dislike and a lot to admire at this hotel. It is also a short distance from the airport but we were undisturbed.
