Pros (+) The building and courtyard are very nice and the beds are large and comfortable
Cons (-) The male receptionist was quite rude and very unhelpful. We had a baby with pram and luggage. Would expect to be put on the ground floor (no elevator) or have some assistance with our luggage as is normal practice. Any such help was refused.

Pros (+) The hotel is nice, a bit far from the city center but close to public transport. Food at the restaurant was ok.
Cons (-) The room was ok, it had only a small window on the roof.

Pros (+) Amazing hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean and very good equipped. The heating system works perfectly and in a couple of minutes is already warm in the room. I can only recommend it.
