Great location near to train station and also to Gornergrant rail for the mountain. The vibe of the reception/bar/restaurant was positive and welcoming. The staff were excellent, really friendly and helpful.
The only teeny weeny criticism was the Bircher Muesli at breakfast was in very small portions!

Location is ok, not great. A bit noisy since it’s on the Main Street.
The location is perfect, central . Easy access to E-bus lines and train. The staff was very helpful and attentive.

Good cosy rooms and service was excellent. Location was perfect close to rail station and central. Restaurant was very good and both that and bar area had great vibe with DJ playing great tunes. Spa, pool and ski room facilities were also very good and easy to buy ski passes from reception as well as booking restaurants etc.
