Pros (+) Location, location, location … right where anyone who visits Zurich would want to be. I could look out my window at the train station, which is the hub of transportation around the region.
Cons (-) I thought it was too pricy. I knew the price when I booked it, but just thought it wasn’t the best value for my U.S. dollars.

Pros (+) Great staff great hotel very good location. All in all was a great experience. Except we left in very early morning and there were no hot water… shower in cold water… but other than this, really enjoyed it.

Pros (+) The service was excellent, as was the location. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We were able to check in very early—9:30 am. My daughters loved the chocolate trolley that visited to the room!
Cons (-) We loved everything. Only negative was that the family suite had a pull-out couch that was uncomfortable—my daughters felt the springs through the thin mattress.

Pros (+) It's a great location, and Central can be noisy at night with trains and stuff, but it's very nice inside the hotel. It was all going very well until I checked out tbh.....
Cons (-) the hotel staff turned my Emirates driver away and called the police on him, they were ignorant and arrogant to him told him I wasn't staying at the property (lies) as I had left ALL 4 suitcases there.... not impressed with how they turned on this driver and called the police on him and didn't even check the system to see I was actually a guest there... .
