The location was brilliant. We could see Times Square, 5 mins to 42nd street bus and subway station. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and serviced every day. A good choice for free breakfast. I would definitely choose this hotel if I were staying in New York again.
Our first room had the bed against the wall, so you could only access it from one side. However , when we mentioned we struggled with this, they moved us the next day into a different room. It's was fab. The added bonus it was at the back of the hotel, so much quieter.
I stayed here to celebrate my 70th birthday. We had the King Superior room. We just loved having our own balcony. The rooftop lounge was so nice, with such beautiful views! Continental breakfast was also very good. It's definitely a step above the rest. The food was fresh and 😋 delicious. The location was just perfect for the theater. Staff was very accommodating and friendly.
The elevator was a little slow.

Clean room (bathroom, sheets and towels were very clean), comfortable beds and pillows, staff was always so helpful and friendly, vibrant location and proximity to restaurants (can get noisy on some nights though). Attention to details in everything in this hotel makes guests feel very welcomed.

Excellent location:safe, close to theaters and many good options. Also very clean and comfortable and has a really nice rooftop lounge!
It was a bit loud in our room-which we found was right above the bar as well as facing the street. My sound machine helped to drown it out though.
The hotel’s location was ideal for us to see all the NY sites.
Our family had a fantastic stay in a 2-bedroom suite. The room was spacious and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. We especially loved the terrace! The location was unbeatable, just a few minutes' walk to Times Square. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to families visiting NYC...
