Exceptional location and staff with the highest standard of service. Stunning pool and deck terrace. Very warm and friendly staff from the reception to the restaurant to the housekeeping. I would book this hotel again in a heartbeat for my next visit.

The hotel has an amazing location where you are close to everything but still in a quiet area. The pool area is beautiful. The views are outstanding. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious comfortable beautifully decorated. We got an upgrade to huge suite with a big terrace and a Jacuzzi. Everything was perfect. Definitely going back and recommending to everybody.
The breakfast could have a little bit more choice

Everything was perfect
The room was nice with a beautiful view of the sea.
We were not particularly happy with the staff at reception. At this price rate we expected top quality service and that was not met unfortunately. The check-in experience was odd, asking us to wait for our turn in a not so friendly manner. We felt like strangers in the hotel, not as guests.
Wonderful stay. Beautiful property in the best location close to everything but away from the crowds. The staff and owner were so nice and helpful. Every need was attended to and they made it so easy for us with our luggage, ferry tickets, etc. First class service on every level. Room was spacious and lovely. It was a perfect stay.
Hard to find fault in anything. Maybe less bright light bulbs by bed would be good but everything was pretty much perfect.
One of the most upscale and amazing hotels that we have been to. Five stars all around. Excellent staff and facilities.

This hotel was amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I am sad I forgot the gentleman that assisted us with our check in. He was absolutely amazing. He called in a personal favour to get us a tour we had been struggling to get. The waiters, concierge, basically everyone was just incredible. The facilities at the hotel were good.
