breakfast was very nice, location really good, staff very friendly. Only the room was rather small. But overall comfortable, and hotel with a good vibe.
Room was rather small
Very nice hotel close to St. Marks. We booked a family room and it was very spacious (especially by European standards). One king and 2 twins was perfect for our family. There was also a seating area with 2 chairs and a table with 4 chairs. Bathroom was large with tub and separate shower. Room was very clean. Beds were pretty comfortable. There were no shutters for windows so a bit light at night ...
Staff was a tad snooty but I get it- we’re American and we didn’t probably dress as we belong. Money in America doesn’t always shout.Read more
This property is in a great location next to high end shops and just steps from St Mark’s Square. The hotel is nice, clean, and comfortable. The concierge team is so helpful. Beds are comfortable and shower has great water pressure. The complimentary breakfast is really nice. Water taxi can drop off and pick up from back door of hotel which is very handy.
The spa isn’t as wonderful as we hoped. The sauna is just a small steam area and the jacuzzi was luke warm. The gym is very small with limited equipment. No towels provided in the gym or spa.
Second time at this hotel, great location and service. Breakfast excellent.

Couldn’t get dropped off at water taxi point due to many gondolas so had to arrive slightly elsewhere Took the magic out a bit but not hotel fault
Everything was perfect!, location, breakfast, comfort, character, staff, bar....all excellent.
A bit noisy out in the street with deliveries to nearby shops etc early inthe morning, but that is not the hotels fault

Great hotel! Location is very central and close to main landmarks, our windows faced the rear so it was very quiet also . The room was very clean and comfortable , daily cleaning service .Staff very attentive and helpful. Very good breakfast with many choices .
The A/C though working well was very noisy .
