Pros (+) Centrally located hotel. Reception staff very friendly and reception area lovely and comfortable. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Lovely pool area. Great breakfast selection. Would definitely book again.

Pros (+) Central location, recently renovated, very comfortable beds, nicely appointed rooms
Cons (-) Our rooms were on the third floor which is more of an attic floor. The windows were small and high up. Breakfast was expansive but disappointing. No fresh orange juice, no barista coffee, limited fruit selection. It was also very busy at 8am and staff were rushed and a little off hand. Go to local cafes instead for amazing breakfast choices.

Pros (+) The breakfast was amazing! Great Spa! The hotel was exceptionally clean and had great facilities and the staff were friendly polite and professional.
Cons (-) Unfortunately, we booked our trip to Auschwitz via the hotel and the tour company they use, let us down. The hotel cannot take responsibility for the tour company, however, in hindsight, we would have booked the tickets directly ourselves. The possibility of a last minute failure should have been made clear to us at time of booking.

Pros (+) The location was perfect, in the Old Town, the staff were all so friendly, the bedrooms big and very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and the facilities amazing. Would definitely stay here again.
Cons (-) My only criticism is that the bedrooms could have benefitted with better lighting.
