Location and very friendly reception manager who very professionally managed an issue with our reservation upon check in

The hotel is in good location and very convenient for sightseeing. The room was a bit small but clean, modern and comfortable. Good shower and free drinks in the fridge, welcome sweets were great to have. Very friendly and helpful staff and their hospitality made our stay very pleasant.
The elevator was outdated but was not a big problem.
Modern, centrally located hotel, with attentive staff. The rooms are good, met our expectations, nothing overly fancy though. Good breakfast with lots of choices.
Given the hotel's central location, it can get noisy. Not particularly disturbing, as the windows are well isolated. Breakfast is good, but it would be great to have e.g. avocados every day instead of only every second day.

The property is located in the center of the old town. You can reach easily all the major attractions. Lots of restaurants and cafe’s nearby . Despite being in the center, it’s still quiet . They have good soundproofing
The area feels overcrowded, with a constant flow of people and activity that can make it feel hectic and overwhelming, especially during peak hours. Additionally, there is extensive construction happening nearby, which not only adds to the noise levels but also disrupts the overall ambiance and ease of access. The location is great. There are low end, middle end and high end restaurants, shops etc within 10-15 minute walking distance.
The hygiene: I had a bag M&M’s, I woke up the next morning they were covered with dust - the bag was closed. I asked for a blanket, they gave me one with brown stains on it. As soon as I walked into the hotel, I start to cough and sneeze - I do suffer from allergies. They were doing construction, and didn’t state or give a heads up. Nuno at the front counter was amazing! He plan out excursion for us and made dinner reservations when we arrived there.
The last day we were leaving we had a bad experience in the restaurant with a male waiter there on July 10. It was just my wife and I eating breakfast our daughters were not hungry and shared a bagel from our plate.
