Excellent location, reasonable price
Location, decor and cultural background. Bed is comfy.
Lovely property about a half mile walk to the Plaza. Good kitchen for meals and evening entertainment in the lounge for nightcaps. Decor very southwestern New Mexico, which we really liked. Have fun!!!
There is no coffee maker in the room. The hotel charges a resort fee which I was not informed of prior to booking on Booking.com. This is deceptive pricing and I asked to have it waved since I didn't use any of the amenities. The front desk refused. The rooms are noisy. I could hear every thing happening in the room above and the sound of doors slamming sounds like gunfire and makes it impossible ...Read more
Location and shuttle service were our favorite
I seemed keep getting bit in the room but couldn’t figure out by what. The loud cars on the street late at night didn’t make for a pleasant sleep night.
Bathroom was microscopic. Also, the booking said no resort fee, but I was charged one.
Very nice suite with seating area separate from the bedroom, beautifully decorated suite. Very convenient to the Plaza, straight shot down from hotel Excellent shower Comfortable bed and soft pillows
Hallways were very dark. No coffee service in room, had to go to coffee bar in lobby Parking spaces seemed very narrow Restaurant, room service and bar very expensive. No free breakfast No place that I saw to get snacks and sodas Weird flushing toilet
Location is very good, however, there are a lot of other good options in the area.
Felt like we were being lectured during check in. Thought our Booking.com rate included everything. Did not like surprise resort fee for which we received no benefit. Room was very small/cramped.
The location was fantastic. We could walk to the plaza and a variety of restaurants. The Sage Bake House across the street was incredible. Our room was very comfortable and we enjoyed the little balcony for letting fresh air in or for sitting. It was early February when we visited
The decor of this hotel was Native American. Very colorful and peaceful setting. We stayed in the Junior King Suite. It was clean, comfortable and roomy. Close to the elevator, and a morning coffee was set up in the lobby. Free parking was a bonus. The Happy Hour, 4-6 p.m., was excellent. We enjoyed the beer, wine, and cocktail drinks. Happy Hour included chicken nachos, enchiladas, club sandwiche...
I think a complimentary continental breakfast would have been a plus.Read more
