Pros (+) The booking was fast. We got a room right away. We paid $500 pesos to have our 2 pets. The pool area is nice and chill. I love the Ibiza mixes they put on YouTube while o swim or lounge. I called for room service 2 times. Food was ready in 25 min and delicious. Beds are comfortable. The shower is roomy.
Cons (-) There is no green areas to take pets for their business only sintethic grass and on high areas.

Pros (+) The room was spacious and clean, the restaurant at the hotel (we had dinner, didn't try the buffet) was good
Cons (-) The bed was wide, but short. Our room was close to the road, so it was very noisy, all night. I'm assuming that rooms on the other side of the hotel might be quieter.

Cons (-) No dishes/glasses/silverware in room. We received a bag with coffee at reception upon check in but the coffee was not replenished in the room the next morning. Pool and bar were closed during renovation.
