The booking was fast. We got a room right away. We paid $500 pesos to have our 2 pets. The pool area is nice and chill. I love the Ibiza mixes they put on YouTube while o swim or lounge. I called for room service 2 times. Food was ready in 25 min and delicious. Beds are comfortable. The shower is roomy.
There is no green areas to take pets for their business only sintethic grass and on high areas.
It was clean. The people were friendly, and the parking was secure.
We love the ease of access to the property, the feeling of solitude despite its proximity to the highway, and the cute bar in the pool area.
We wish the pool was warmer! Other than that, we love it.
The room was spacious and clean, the restaurant at the hotel (we had dinner, didn't try the buffet) was good
The bed was wide, but short. Our room was close to the road, so it was very noisy, all night. I'm assuming that rooms on the other side of the hotel might be quieter.
Very clean and comfortable, the buffet very delicious food.

No dishes/glasses/silverware in room. We received a bag with coffee at reception upon check in but the coffee was not replenished in the room the next morning. Pool and bar were closed during renovation.
Great location in Hermosillo on our way to the U.S. We especially appreciated the secured, guarded parking since we were traveling with a loaded car and a bike rack full of bikes. The room was very spacious, with a king-sized bed, a fridge, a table with chairs, TV, etc.
We had a problem with the shower: the handle broke and we couldn’t shut it off. But we called the receptionist, and they sent a maintenance person almost immediately. Later, they also sent a maid to clean up the water mess in the bathroom. We asked for a room on the ground floor next to the guard (so he could watch our stuff), but this location was noisy with people passing by talking in very loud...Read more
