We stayed at Hotel San Felipe for four nights and had a fantastic experience overall. The room was spacious, clean, and neatly maintained throughout the stay. Office staff were very helpful and pleasant. I liked the overall feel and style of the building itself interior and exterior. Bed was comfortable.
Only had one negative encounter with restaurant staff who seemed unfriendly. A relatively minor problem for me was the step entry way to the building which had an uneven surface; unexpected/odd step...which would be a tripping hazard for some. Great location with lots of lovely shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Friendly staff.
I think there could be more sound proofing between the rooms as I could hear my neighbours phone conversations.
