Pros (+) Location excellent. Use of courtesy room before leaving. Excellent breakfast on top floor, fabulous views.
Cons (-) Room too small. Open hanging rail and no cupboards either, just open shelves. Clean and dirty clothes all on display. No outdoor space. Reception staff were not very friendly.

Pros (+) Very friendly staff. Room became available at 2pm via WhatsApp message. Great rooftop bar, very good breakfast. Hotel recently renovated so everything new. Able to store bags, use toilets after checkout.

Pros (+) The staff in the breakfast room were very busy and helpful. The staff in the bar were also very good. The bar on 5th floor had a relaxing outlook, especially with the windows open and a good cocktail menu (although the menu in the bedroom did not match the one in the bar). The range of items at breakfàst was good.
Cons (-) We arrived at 15.30 and were happy to wait until 16.00 when the room was available. However, it wasn't ready then. We were given a voucher for a drink (only wine or beer) in the bar while we waited and were told we would be summoned when the room was ready.
