Pros (+) Room with balcony provides good space. Closer to A Punta.
Cons (-) No air conditioning! Staff member told us they don't turn it on until June. 25 degrees max in day 19 min at night. Our room was way hot - even with external door open. No cup or glass in room - just small paper cups.

Pros (+) Location excellent. Use of courtesy room before leaving. Excellent breakfast on top floor, fabulous views.
Cons (-) Room too small. Open hanging rail and no cupboards either, just open shelves. Clean and dirty clothes all on display. No outdoor space. Reception staff were not very friendly.

Pros (+) Very friendly staff. Room became available at 2pm via WhatsApp message. Great rooftop bar, very good breakfast. Hotel recently renovated so everything new. Able to store bags, use toilets after checkout.
