The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast excellent, with some nice à la carte options. The spa and gym facilities were clean and accessible - it was great to book them for private use.
The bathroom setup was a little odd, with no separation with the bedroom and allowed very little privacy or ventilation. It would have been nice to have some more sweet options for the à la carte breakfast.

Location (Campos not very interesting), pool (in shade almost all day), toilet in room too exposed and most notably - inappropriate staff who made us feel very uncomfortable
We loved iur stay in Campos! Amazing facilities, incredibly helpful and lovely staff - especially Arnau! Great location to explore the island and do day trips and then be able to come back and relax by the pool with friendly service and delicious food. Ee had dinner at Kairiku and it was INCREDIBLE, highly recommend for anyone staying to book for this restaurant.
Absolutely adored our stay. The bedding was the softest and most luxe haven. We felt we were in a church or cave. The staff was exceptionally hospitable and warm. It was a haven through and through.
Literally the only thing that wasn’t perfect was that our bathroom had glass doors…not my favorite thing for a romantic trip with a partner.
The service was outstanding. The hotel room and grounds were beautiful. Kairiku dinner was phenomenal. Would highly recommend.

This small design hotel is very beautiful. It is the centre of Campos and yet it is a peaceful spot. Our room was spacious with a wonderfully comfortable bed making for a blissful nights sleep. We are in the restaurant in our first night and the food is delicious.
We were disappointed when we discovered the pool and sun loungers were in the shade for most of the day. Our stay was in late September and the receptionist explained the pool area only gets sun during the summer months when it is high in the sky.
