Pros (+) This hotel was absolutely amazing! It was in the perfect location as it was in the heart of San Antonio, close to everything and walking distance to the main restaurants and the sunset strip. There was also 10% off for breakfast at the Bondi bar downstairs which was also lovely. I absolutely enjoyed my stay here. The staff was absolutely lovely and very caring they helped us have everything we nee...
Cons (-) I liked everything except the fact that on few occasions we went out for few ours after leaving the sign to clean the room and the room would still not be cleaned yet or just started to be cleaned which caused us to leave again or wait before being able to use the restroom . The widows are also not soundproof so the noise at night was quite annoying considering that the area can be very noisy .

A very bad smell from outside the room , it smelt like garbage we had to keep the doors closed throughout our 2 night stay. Staff was not friendly I felt like I had a jail sentence, room was not like the pictures online ,professional photoshop skills and and sizes editing . Breakfast was good but it was like I was in a big noisy hall not cozy at all
