A very lovely stay at the heart of Peneda-Geres. The staff were kind and helpful, rooms are spacious and clean, parking is free just outside the hotel, and the spa - that can be booked at the reception - is a very nice addition. Breakfast was also good. The stunning Church São Bento da Porta Aberta is on the other side of the street, and there are also wonderful views. Would come back!
Would appreciate additional vegetarian breakfast options.
I really liked how clean the entire hotel and room was, the staff were always kind and helpful.
The comfort ability of the bed was the only thing I didn't like.

Very minor complaint - room waa too hot on arrival, at 23 degrees. But quickly cooled.
The food was VERY VERY GOOD...many different things to choose from. and very clean. The team that is working there ....to all of them THANKS for a splendid start of our days.

Everything was very good. Room as good and so was the cleanliness that we observed. Breakfast was amazing and the location was exactly what we wanted! The pillows were a bit too low for my taste. However when I requested additional pillows they were promptly provided, so the service is very good!
The location is so convenient to all that the Peneda-Geres National park has to offer….excellent hiking and panoramas, and beautiful scenic drives. The view from the hotel is gorgeous as it looks into the Cavado River. The staff was professional, efficient, super kind and helpful from the moment we checked in.
