Breakfast was good, the room and bathroom were a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The Sky Bar was superb offering fantastic views of the city.
The air conditioning didn't seem to work all the time. We got up on our last morning and got into the shower ... no water! We tried to use the phone in the room to ring reception but the line was dead. We used our mobile phone to call reception and were told that there was a problem throughout the whole hotel but that it would be sorted within around 30 minutes. Thankfully it was. Excellent location
First bedroom very noisy (tram running all night) but the reception staff changed us to a different very quiet room which was lovely
Location of the hotel and friendly ladies at reception #nostress. Think I got an upgrade of the room. Roof top terrace is really nice.

The location cannot be better! It was so lovely to be in the middle of the Kazimierz and close to the old town and the Krakow ghetto. The staff were amazing and upon arrival I was notified that I had a free upgrade on my room. Thank you! I will be back.
Loved the location ..close to great restaurants and bars.The Jewish quarter has a vibrant but easy going atmosphere.Liked the roof top bar with good service.
Noise from trams ..but got used to it and pillows could have been more comfy ..but just a small point
Good location, close to restaurants. Carefully restored old hotel building with beautiful ceilings. Big room with Windows for park view
Trams went close by so there was low noise (no screeching) and there was no other noise so it was overall less than usual in big city rooms on 3rd floor. 5th room floor given to our kids had nothing. Either group didn’t need the ear plugs available.
Authentic and great location. Very helpful staff. Good breakfasts with lots of variety.
Pillows a bit soft but otherwise fabulous
Beautiful traditional building with a cozy decoration. Nice room with everything you need and a good AC. The location could not have been any better, by a charming square with a lot of restaurants. Good tram connections to the railway station and to the city centre. The views from the rooftop terrace were stunning.
The toiletries were quite basic, hair conditioner and body lotion would have been a nice addition.
