Pros (+) The staff is very polite and friendly they are available 24/7 if you need something,room was very clean and comfortable.Breakfast is excellent.Pool is very clean and water is great it is not cold at all.For us parking is the most important thing and there is private parking available.We will come back for sure we dont have something negative to say.

Pros (+) Felt like bespoke building /hotel. Fantastic building. Receptionists - great service, really friendly and helpful. Rooms excellent, really cozy, comfortable bed. Absolutely convenient location. Clean and comfortable place. It would be my first choice on visiting Vranje again. I would definitely recommend it.
Cons (-) The only thing that felt unpleasant a bit was our experience in restaurant upstairs. On arrival for dinner 20.30 ish, we requested a table of four. Then the waiter met us said we are full until 22.00. They weren't that busy! We told them we are hotel's guests and we believe that should be given a table for dinner. After few minutes they finally got us a table. The whole situation in the restaurant...
