Pros (+) The staff were amazing and friendly, really wanted to help with anything. There is a great pool sauna area. If you can, chose the suite room (very big with a living room, small kitchen (you can't cock), 2 restrooms and a big shower room
Cons (-) Breakfast was ok, not very great. There are no power sockets near the bed area, not even a 5V usb jack. Which I think is mandatory. Especially when people come without the correct type of power connector.

Pros (+) The heated pool was awesome! Our kids enjoyed it until the very last bit of our stay. The family room was roomy and cosy for four or us. The water pressure was strong :)
Cons (-) The hallway of our floor had a funny insect repellent smell. The mechanic parking was a bit inconvenient. The staff was very helpful but we just feel very sorry that they needed to help us so many times. (We went in and out like 6times+ @@)
