Everything... Absolutely fantastic place to relax

Perfect location, great food & fantastic atmosphere! We are regular visitors of Ustka & stable clients of Royal Baltic.
Good breakfast spread, good location, quiet room and ample parking space
The bed was too soft. Rooms are not fitted with air conditioners which can turn a room into a sauna during warm afternoons and nights. Neither the windows are fitted with a mosquito net so one cannot leave the windows open while sleeping.
Location, staff and facilities. Gym and spa very good. The new rooms are lovely.
We had to move because of building noise (not a problem as we went to another lovely room) however the new room was an upgrade that came with a bath and a massive window so you look into bathroom - and those sitting on toilet!! There is a curtain that is see through! There was not a proper shower with this room which meant you had to kneel in bath to shower. Why not just put a screen and a wall mo...Read more
Everything. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Interior design - lush and a bit kitsch in a good way. The cat, Lucjan - awesome! The staff, very helpful and polite, great people, kudos! The location is quite far from the center, surrounded by forest, with a spacious parking space and a five minute walk from the sea shore - perfect.
The only thing worth rethinking is the pool and bar being open only until 21:30. The glass covering all the furniture sure is easy to clean, but not Ideal. Having a bit more soap and shower gel would be great, I'd also expect some toothpaste.
Spa is awesome. Swimming pool is so big, 3 kinds of Saunas, Jacuzzi for 2-3 people. Personnel is so king. There are some sweets near reception free of charge. Great location of the hotel near to beach. You have 2 options regarding parking - either used hotel's or public outside (both paid. public one free of charge during weekends).
