It room was nice and clean and the service was good
The spa could be much better, the jacuzzi was a bit cold and the spa room was very dark and cold

I experienced a lack of hot water for showers during the last day of my stay. The staff was very responsive, and their technical manager checked the heating system, assuring us that everything was functioning properly and that the situation would improve. Unfortunately, it did not. I ended up managing with cold water in the freezing temperatures, but I believe this is likely an isolated incident.Read more
Not very clean Breakfast is not fresh. Very few options.
Hot room (105) however the knob from the radiator was broken and it was too hot and dry during the night. I liked the big lobby however a bit chilly due to big windows.
Safety first: all the smoke detectors and the sprinklers had their orange plastic protectors on them (these must be removed after installation). The room was noisy being near the elevator. There was mold near the jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was warm only. The sauna had only 63 degrees C. Several people fell near the jacuzzi because of slippery floor. The staff was generally nice and they were trying their best, we saw 3 staff members in the whole hotel - they are definitely understaffed and this is a note for the owner/manager of the hotel and not a complaint about the hard working employees. Lack of clean, broken shower and window in the room, hotel was out of water for 24 hours, quite poor breakfast, poor SPA, cold jacuzzi, etc...
It is clean. The rooms are comfortable. Close to slopes, and few restaurants. There is a close by grocery store too.
There was no water on our last day. It was inconvenient but I think it was an issue for the whole area so understand. It didnt affect my rating. Breakfast can definitely be better. Coffee was tasting weird and honestly you do NOT need to play music so loud in the morning.
The manager of the hotel David was exceptional . Never had such good serves

there are not much places around. we need to take texi for 30gel each day for the new gouderi, very easy.
Breakfast was tasty. View from restaurant was beautiful. There was no view from rooms parallel with road and small windows. Spa was bad. Ski lift was close but to get there u must go by the road with sometimes heavy traffic. Staff was great 😊
