Pros (+) Location, staff (in special Gabriel an Douglas).
Cons (-) I believe more meal options in the bar menu will be great. Really limited options if you do not want to go for lunch or dinner. However, they always found a way to serve us (thx Douglas)

Pros (+) Austro-Hungarian opulence meets modern convenience and comfort. This is a fantastic hotel with stunning views from your room and from every spot on the property. We received great service and loved the beauty of the place.
Cons (-) We did not enjoy our dinner at the very fancy, expensive restaurant. The service was not great (the waiter was not friendly, patient, or attentive) and the food was not great either. We were quite disappointed with the experience and had a much better dinner in downtown Trieste the next night.

Pros (+) The location, if, rooms are opposite to the road, otherwise, it’s very very noisy.
Cons (-) It was very noisy, room outdated and dirty, the restaurant pretends to be high class but I tried 2 of the ~5 main courses and they were poorly cooked and tasteless. No possibility to eat afternoon, you must wait until 7 PM, eventually to make a reservation even if you are one of the hotel guest.

Pros (+) The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice with a beautiful view of the sea. The private parking lot was very helpful.
Cons (-) My sea view room had a lot of bushes blocking the view. There were some ants crawling around the room.
