The breakfast buffet was fabulous . From the beautiful pastry table ,to the hot dishes ,to the meat and cheese trays and then the espresso and coffee machine it was all beautifully presented and delicious. The staff was helpful if there was anything else needed. The pool and hot tub with views of the lake were paradise as was the hotel location in one of the most beautiful settings in the world .
We really liked the location and the size of the room, which was ideal for two adults and two children.
We didn’t like that the room was located at the very top of the building, with no elevator and many stairs, which made carrying things daily quite difficult. The rooms also felt very stuffy, which affected the quality of our sleep.

When we arrive the hotel gave a us a fabulous bottle of Champagne as it was my honeymoon . The staff we truly fantastic , super helpful nothing was to much trouble , love this hotel and staff really can’t wait to return . Excellent . ✨✨✨✨✨
Super friendly staff, very flexible and supportive. I suggest to visit this place in summer or even better September-October. Less tourists.

Hotel is starting cleaningprocess of the room already 8 30. Would be nice to avoid cleaning noise in Saturday morning...
Nice hotel in a gorgeous location! The hotel is right on the water and the views are amazing. The room was comfortable and the staff very helpful. I also want to call out the hotel restaurant for an amazing meal, one of the highlights of our trip.
Only complaint is that the shower door seems to actively funnel water onto the floor.
Location absolutely magnificent and perfect for touring the lake and the ferry to Isola if you could drag yourself away from the lakeside veranda and patio

Beautiful location on the water with wonderful views. The hotel was charming and quaint with lovely areas to sit and enjoy the scenery. Lunch was wonderful. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed for dinner, maybe because it was a Monday or slightly off season. Rooms were very comfortable and clean with a gorgeous view of the lake.
We had a lovely, large suite with a huge terrace for our stay that was very comfortable and had wonderful views across the lake. We were on the 3rd and top floor with a lift so transporting luggage to our room was easy. On site parking was also a huge plus. The staff were friendly and helpful. A few small things were an issue: # No tea and coffee making facilities in the room. #No free power sockets beside the bed (could be easily fixed with double adapters). # Limited options for alternative evening dining nearby meant having to dine in.
