Pros (+) the staff were very helpful and always friendly trying to make us feel very welcome and well looked after. We ate on the terrace of the hotel on the first night and it was a spectacular setting with great service and food

Pros (+) fabulous location overlooking the water and port of Yvoire. Access to the sister hotel outdoor pool was a real bonus too. Parking at the sister hotel. Setting for the restaurant is super. Boat access on the lake to Geneva.

Pros (+) The reception staff was excellent. They upgraded our room to the lake view, with an exceptional view. The bed was comfortable and there was little touches of luxury

Pros (+) Stunning setting and the staff were amazing, helpful and friendly and the hotel is picture perfect
Cons (-) When arriving by car, information to access the inner town would of been helpful. We had to park up and walk to the hotel to get the code to pass through the bollards. There is a steep hill from the hotel up to the centre, it didn’t bother us but for people less able it might be an issue.

Pros (+) The room was quaint and the view was spectacular. This our first trip to Europe, you all have set the bar high for the rest of our trip.
Cons (-) There was not one thing we did not like. It was superb.
