Great food and very friendly staff
Beautiful location and very friendly atmosphere. The team are great, and very proactive. Lovely spa to relax in and get ready for the day.
It would have been good to know the restaurant was shut for anything other than breakfast. To be fair pretty much everything around Lake Garda was closed too.

The pool was fantastic, as was the breakfast. Location so convenient for our first night en route to our campsite.
Having messaged via the booking.com.app, the hotel seemed surprised when we turned up with three children (for the family room). Rang up and charged us an extra £40 for the three year old, despite not providing a bed for her or even an extra towel!
The room was spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. To the staff at Hotel Resort Villa Luisa, take a bow! A job well done. We will be back.
The hotel and staff were exceptional, especially like to thank Massimilliano, Mauritizio, Filippo, Lara snd the rest of the staff who could not do enough to ensure we had a fantastic holiday. The owners of the hotel should be proud of such a brilliant team at their hotel. We will be back next year!

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The team at Villa Luisa & Spa made us all feel very welcome and the evening food for dinner was exceptional.
+ Nice pool area with kiosk (although quite pricy) + generally everything clean + choice at breakfast was okay, some pancakes or fried/scrambled eggs would have been desirable
- use of plastic everywhere: breakfast (cereals in separate packaging), bed sheets (each one in single bags), single-use plastic cups and straws in the lobby and at the pool area - charging 20 euros a night for our 2 year old that slept with us in our bed (no baby bed ordered) and hardly ate anything at breakfast. In hotels we stayed at previously kids at this age were free of charge!
We had amazing time, the view is beautiful!
