Well located, friendly staff, and I absolutely adored the little robot maid that delivered my takeaway food to my room. The bathroom was clean with a great size of bathtub if you’d love a good roman grand bath. Self-service laundry room was life changing for me after a long flight.

One suggestion for improvement would be to expand the breakfast options for guests with special dietary needs, such as vegan or gluten-free, as the current selection, while high quality, may feel limited for some. The hotel is fully equipped with everything I needed during my stay. The lobby's seating areas are cozy and make a great spot to relax. While the gym isn't very large, it offers all the essentials for a daily workout. I especially appreciated the on-site laundry room—it was so convenient not having to take my dirty clothes with me to my next destination.
I love swimming, I wish it have a swimming pool.

Modern, clean and well layout rooms. Big enough. Attentive and friendly staff. The hotel is close to Taipei Train station but away from the crowd. Easy MTR access. Enough breakfast places nearby. New and clean hotel, comfy bed and good location and transport links.
Only thing was breakfast said included but they give you credit towards a Starbucks connected to the hotel. The credit only covered a coffee and a small food item each day.

1. There was no bellboy available to assist upon our arrival, so I had to unload all the luggage from the taxi myself. 2.
