Pros (+) This is a beautiful property with an airy country home level of comfort and hospitality. The olive grooves surrounding, along with the lush property, are idilic. Pros (+) Breakfast was excellent - lots of choice including vegan. The views, wonderful, the walk at the back pool is worth a stroll. The rooms are a little warm at night, so open a window and let the heat from the farmhouse out. But it’s the staff and owner that makes this place. It’s a perfect location to explore the rest of Tuscany. Thank you

Cons (-) Poor breakfast. But i guess that is normal for Italy. You would expect some cheese or tomatoes. Tired furniture
