Pros (+) The Regina is a very well-preserved historic hotel that is nevertheless friendly and comfortable. We had an iconic view of Paris from our Eiffel Tower suite.

Cons (-) Breakfast was poor and a bit all over the place - certainly not five star - often waited over 30 minutes for things to turn up! Tidying up ourselves or asking for things to be moved - really low quality

Cons (-) At 500USD per night, Breakfast should be included, even just a petite dejuener. It would be a nice gesture for a luxury hotel, and could be built in to the room rate. Your guests would welcome it, and likely speak higher of your establishment.

Pros (+) Very Central and an Old hotel. Very beautiful
Cons (-) My WLAN was not working over my whole stay. The Staff did everything that was possible but it didn’t worked. It was over Christmas, that was why the IT Staff of the hotel didn’t worked. Other Guests had the same Problem

Pros (+) The hotel is nice, but I think it needs some renovations to the carpet, furniture, etc. I felt like the bed and desk chair were going to break down when I first used them. The hotel was clean. However, it may appear not clean because for example the carpet was very old and got some stains.
