Pros (+) What an exceptional hotel! One of the nicest and friendliest places we’ve ever stayed. Such kind, attentive and generous staff at the front desk! :) Beautiful facilities. A gorgeous gym. Lovely breakfast room with a delicious assortment of foods and a charming cook. :) Very cozy and inviting lobby. Our room was beautiful and very quiet.
Cons (-) The mattress on the bed seemed to sag somewhat; might be time for replacement.

Pros (+) The staff were simply fantastic! The room was very well appointed and had a loverly comfortable bed. The location was great not too far to the centre of town and also the parking was easy to find and totally secure. The level of service and quality of food at breakfast could easily of been from one of the larger branded and far more expensive hotels.

Pros (+) They were very friendly and welcoming when I arrived. The room was ready with snacks and water plus a very personal handwritten note from the manager. Their breakfast buffet was spectacular! They help me booked transportation to Madrid. A big plus in the cooler months you control your room's air conditioning which is hard to find.
