Well located with lovely views and great spa facilities . Food was excellent at the estaurant
We were initially given a very poor rooms by the end overlooking a car park. This was very disappointing. We had to make a fuss to get the room changed but the staff were very helpful and helped to make our stay eventually very enjoyable .

The hotel is very nice and well organized. The location is very pretty and easy to drive to, if you take the Faial-Santana Expressway from funchal. The staff is really helpful and very friendly. Very professional staff, amazing breakfast, very good spa area. Last minute booking and checkin were handled perfectly and we had a beautiful room.

Our stay in this hotel was perfect, the service is worth a five star: the staff is super friendly and make you feel like a king / queen. The breakfast can be taken inside or outside and is very complete. If the weather is stormy or rainy at Santana, you just drive 1h to the south coast where the sun is shining.
