Lovely stay in this beautiful hotel, comfortable room, all staff at reception and restaurant were super efficient and friendly!
Loved the staff and location. Breakfast on the terrace and the bar for drinks in the evening. Fantastic room service and housekeeping. Comfy bed and nice linen.
Loved the hotel but our room 20 was a bit dark and needed a make up magnifying mirror and more cupboard space. Another bedside table would also be handy. We were there for some time attending a big wedding so needed more hanging space and drawers. The room itself had lovely doors and shutters to a balcony and was quiet.

Clean rooms, good shower, comfortable bed, very nice breakfast, parking on site and excellent customer service. Oh and GREAT location.
Location is excellent in the old town. Staff were amazing, including restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was spot on, plenty of choice.

Nice quiet location on a smaller street off a very busy piazza. Very helpful staff, especially Lucia. Wonderful breakfast with much variety.
There was nothing I disliked. I can only say room and bathroom fairly small but still quite comfortable.

The bar was hardly ever open, probably due to the time of year, the extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work
