Pros (+) Lovely helpful staff and fantastic breakfast. Great location a few blocks down from November Plaza. Room 301 had wonderful views from both the bedroom and bathroom (which included a jetted bathtub!). Incredibly comfortable bed.

Pros (+) We loved the location of the hotel and our family room was fantastic. Breakfast was delicious. The restaurant across from the hotel is a MUST. Best food on our trip.
Cons (-) We were traveling for two weeks and needed to do laundry. Had I known that it would cost 190 Euro to wash about 20 pieces of laundry we would have found a place to do it ourselves. That is outrageous. Terrace staff never brought us the food we ordered which was also frustrating, especially for my hungry kids.
