Room was spacious and clean. The beds were also comfy.
There was only one coffee machine in the breakfast room, and they had a lot of guests travelling by tours, which made the breakfast an unpleasant experience. We had also requested a room far from the elevator, but our request was ignored, although we had made the booking 8 months in advance!
Very easy access of the motorway, ample free parking, modern clean luxury hotel with very friendly helpful staff, good breakfast
Great shower and a lovely place.
Checked in at 2115 and asked about room service. Told it closed at 2130 and there was a menu in the room. No menu in room. Called down at 2123 to be told to scan a code, which did nothing. They brought up a menu at 2135 telling us that room service was now closed. Raging. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Stopped here a bunch of times, and this is how hotels should be, liked everything about this hotel, from the food to the rooms, fantastic.
No issues with this hotel at all.
Breakfast was served until 10:00 AM, but staff began clearing the tables at 10:03 AM while I was still eating. This felt rushed and made the experience uncomfortable. Additionally, the jacuzzi temperature was lower than expected and below a comfortable or acceptable level.
Very nice hotel! Everything was over expected! Even hotel was full ,service in restaurant was great! Breakfast was great!
Maybe add few smiles on reception ☺️
Fantastic hotel. The staff were so friendly. Rooms were modern and very clean - as was the entire hotel. The restaurant was exceptional - really excellent food, quality of service, and value for money.
There was nothing to dislike!
