The room was big and got all the required amenities.
It would be nice to have some instructions on how to adjust the room temperature. As the room was quite hot during our stay.
The hotel seems brand new, parking spots can be reserved before arrival. Staff is super friendly. Rooms are big, family room consists of a single room with its own bathroom and a double room with its own bathroom as well. Beds are super comfortable and everything is new and functional. Parking with 12 CHF is rather expensive. Hotel price is rather expensive but more affordable than Zermatt.Read more
Great value for the money. Recently opened and offers a high quality rooms next to the train station. Yes it is not Zermatt but it is only a 12min train ride away
It was located near to train station very convenient to Zermatt. Neat and good facilities. Good view from the room
The single beds were very narrow. The cleanliness of the could be better. For example an old towel from previous guest was left in the bathroom.
Very nice hotel, brand new. We are a family of 4 and unfortunately there were no rooms available for the whole family, so we had to separate in two rooms. The staff was polite and helpful, they gave us detailed advices to get to Zermatt and for the activities. The view of the room is not very nice as it faces the train station, but was not so important for us.
New hotel with large room, and nice decor. Very pleasant lighting and beautiful bathroom. Comfy bed. Italian restaurant on site was very good, handmade pasta, and had quirky artwork
Location was on a noisy main street. I had to keep windows closed. The layout was awkward for an open suitcase. No luggage rack, so my suitcase was on the floor beside window. An overly large wardrobe was provided, but i didnt want to unpack my suitcase. Main hotel entry and exit doors were hard to maneuver for one person
Best hotel in terms of price + clean & modern hotel room/bathroom and easy 3 min walk to Täsch train station.
Easy to access from the station
The room was amazing. The bed was so comfortable. My only gripe was with the staff getting our taxi bookings wrong. Otherwise, the property was exceptional
Everything was perfect. Hotel close to train Tasch station and around the hotel a lot of supermarket, nice place, staff hotels so friendly. I love here.
